The thesis is focused on the construction-technological preparation of building construction. Accurately, the apartment building "Rezidence u parku" in Prostějov (SO 01). The apartment building has 1 underground floor and 5 above floors. The content of this work is mainly a technical report, coordination of constructions with connections of transport routes, study of the realization of the main technological stages of the construction object, construction site equipment project, proposal of the main construction machines, technological regulation for reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling above 1. underground floor, control and test plan quality for a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling, safety and health plan for the construction of monolithic constructions, itemized budget for rough construction, calculation according to THÚ, time and financial plan of construction - object, time plan of the main construction object, histogram of workers, Drawing of ceiling formwork above 1. underground floor, plan to ensure the main material resources for rough construction.
